Combining 20 years of leadership at Cornell University with her work supporting global leaders from Merck, Amazon, and more, Christa partners with organizations and their leaders to bring their BOLDEST visions to reality for the greatest impact and results. 

At Cornell University, Christa led teams to high levels of performance and innovation by creating cultures of aligned values and priorities while leveraging strengths. Her roles involved recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent. She collaborated with stakeholders across the university as well as volunteers and cultivated industry partnerships across engineering, tech, biomedicine, banking, law, and media to develop internship programs, student treks, and alumni hosted events.

A coach to thousands of students and alumni for career exploration and planning, she’s led workshops for groups of half a dozen to over one hundred on topics ranging from strengths to mentoring to bringing your vision to reality, in addition to facilitating outdoor team building retreats.

Christa is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). In the past 3 years, she has coached over one hundred founders and leaders on personal growth and business development. She now focuses on supporting organizational leaders and startup founders in bringing their BOLDEST visions to reality for the greatest impact and results. She is trained in Positive Intelligence (PQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Clifton Strengths, DiSC, and 360 leadership Assessments. Client companies include Amazon, Merck, Arconic, Cornell University, and founders from across the globe.
She supports local businesses in growing to national brands. She supports new founders in establishing their direction before raising capital. She supports growing organizations and Fortune 100 companies with Executive and Leadership Coaching, Team and Leadership Development, and Strategic Priority Alignment.
